The Pivot

Started in operations — managing workflows, coordinating teams, solving logistics problems that no one else wanted to touch. Recognized early that most operational friction was a systems design problem in disguise. When AI-assisted development tools matured, the transition was natural: the same instinct for decomposing complex workflows into executable steps translated directly into engineering. Within weeks, a Level-4 automation engine was built from scratch — autonomous scheduling, intelligent routing, real-time decision-making. Cloud certifications validated what building had already proven. The shift was less a career change and more an upgrade in tooling.

Deputy Emotional Support Officer

An introverted soul who primarily provides emotional support to Miaomiao. Follows him everywhere — a dedicated companion to the companion. Prefers observing from a safe distance during stand-ups.
